Mr. Douglas Bulla

Hello all!!! My name is Mr. Bulla and I am a graduate of UNCW and a Jacksonville native. As a student I had the amazing opportunity of attending Jacksonville Commons and graduating from our neighbor Northside High School. I am super excited to be back at my middle school where I participated in my student teaching. This will be my 2nd year as a teacher, but the great thing is that I am teaching my favorite content area in Social Studies. History is more of a hobby to me, and when it comes to Ancient Greek/Roman history I'm prepared to go all out for the students. I love to stay active, and I am a big wrestling fan. I wrestled here at Commons Middle and also at Northside High where I set the record for most recorded wins in a career at Northside. I am excited to continue my career here at JCMS and look forward to teaching and coaching this year.
